About the Baker
Cecilia Norton is a baker with a passion about flavors and croissants. She calls these American Croissants because they are made with hard work, passion, bravery of flavors and innovations. Cecilia has moved to Wisconsin from California in 2021 and opened this Cottage Home Bakery for her beloved community Fox Valley, where she is known as the "Croissant Lady". She also worked as a professional baker in various restaurants, catering business, cafes and facilities.

She has always had a passion to bake, and attained her baking credentials at the Chef Tech School in Long Beach CA. She is blissfully married and has 2 grown children and 3 furgrandkitties.
